"The hotel is very nice and decent . It’s actually the cheapest I found in the area. Everything has a parking fee. For this hotel it’s $20 per night. I love that it has microwave and fridge. 4 towels that’s enough for the 4 of us(2adult, 2kids). Breakfast is awesome! They even have an omelet shef. I appreciate it all, the only thing is we stayed for two nights but they only service one of my bed, they didn’t replace towels and trash. I guess I have to ask for it?. There is a guard at night for check in. Coffee in the lobby is 24hrs and fresh. If I will visit the town, I’ll come back again and stay here. Also it’s only 9mins walk from the trolley stop(we did the hop on hop off trolley bus)."

"The worst comfort inn we’ve stayed in. Roma were old, breakfast was sparse and the overall experience less than adequate. "

"The computer system was down upon check-in, which was causing quite a delay, but the staff was nice. Our room was cleaned the first day, but was not cleaned the second day. We had to get our own towels and washcloths. I would not recommend the breakfast buffet. it was overpriced and the food was luke warm. I thought the price of the buffet was half of the cost it ended up being but it could not be refunded. Be prepared to pay $35 a day for parking. "

"If you need to use stairs from first floor they are outside on side of building…. there wasn’t any restaurant food during the day and evening due to short staff … the staff was very friendly and accommodating the best they could be"

"When you lay your head on a stained sheet and looked up and see dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, you know you’re gonna give it a one-star rating. And that’s not to mentioned an unaerated, clogged-up sink. The smell of a cleaning formula was so overpowering that I had to wear a face mask so I can sleep. 😮 Go figure."
