The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean & bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was required to pay a $20 parking fee to park on an ice-covered parking lot. It would have been nice to have that fee waived during a tragic ice storm that caused over 225,000 homes to be out of power in frigid temps.
