"Loved the room and the stay, was little upset that we had to ask for clean towels. Then came back and the room was never cleaned while we were gone. Had to ask for towels again to bath the next day. "

"My room was phenomenal- very clean, comfortable bed, loved the modern shower! I had an issue with a very loud neighboring room… they handled it well. The only issue I had was when I checked in, there were two front desk employees. I asked the woman who was checking me in if the parking was included, and the other employee laughed, like I was asking a stupid question. I don’t know her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she’s Asian. The employee and I both shot her a look, and she was still smugly laughing. If I wasn’t so tired there would have been a much different way I would have handled that. But the hotel is fabulous, clean, safe, great parking, great location, and I will absolutely be back. I’m going to be sure to ask another “dumb” question if I see that employee working desk again, she shouldn’t be rude to paying guests."

"The front desk attendant at check in was rude and not friendly at all. Thought it couldn’t be worse until I checked out in the morning and the woman was really bothered as she shouted out of somewhere “what you need?” I said check out and she needed to tell the friend she was talking to on the phone to hold on she had to give this woman a receipt. She was truly annoyed about having to do her job "
