The room was clean and neat. I was allowed to checkbin early, even though there seemed to be some type of confusion between the person at the desk and other employees.
The bed and pillow were ok, not the best i had in the past. Parking is almost 64 dollars after tax, they do not have a self park option at the hotel.
Unlike other Marriott hotels, there is nothing complimentary at this hotel, not even coffee in the lobby, when you leave.
There are other hotels in the area at the same price that dont charge for parking and breakfast. I wont come back to this hotel.
Great stay and hotel overall. Welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed us to check in early. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the modern amenities including plenty of charging ports in the bed frame and table. Great lighting. The mirror in the bathroom is a Bluetooth speaker too, which is cool, except when someone else’s music was connected and very loud… but a call to the front desk and they guided me how to reset it and it stopped. Water fill station on main floor included sparkling, alkaline, and still water… we loved the sparkling water option to fill our bottles! Shower had amazing pressure and perfectly hot water. Beds and pillows were very comfy too. We went to the bar once before going out and found it to be a little chaotic, bartender didn’t have supplies for all the cocktails and wasn’t the friendliest. We would’ve stayed at their bar longer and possibly ordered an appetizer but didn’t due to that first impression. Overall I’d come back and stay here whenever I return to Nashville. It as a great price for proximity of downtown.
We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room happened to be at the front desk (thankfully) and greeted me with "oh we have bad news for you" telling me that they again oversold and could not honor that room for the second time. We had a long day of travel and I had to deal with this with my teenage son next to me. After not accepting the room, they finally once again found me the proper room. I realize this is a newer hotel but MAJOR hassle w very little apology from staff and would never stay here again. Get it together, guys.
