Really nice experience - a clean and welcoming hotel with a team of staff who were friendly and helpful throughout. The inclusive breakfast was great for families and the only slight improvement would be if the bar was open for longer hours. Great location for local shops and a short walk to the Bluebird Cafe.

This is a quiet and convenient side of Nashville. Close to wonderful shopping and food. The hotel was spacious and clean. Very close to Belmont University and activities we had planned there.

There was no housekeeping service for a two-night stay. Parking was very tight with large cement poles between several of the parking spots. I saw another guest damage his car by the pole while trying to back out of his spot. There was a fee for parking that was not disclosed in the hotel description. Breakfast was very good.

We loved everything about this property. The location was extremely convenient for move in day at Lipscomb University. It is directly behind the mall, but it feels more like a neighborhood instead of being right in the middle of everything.

This hotel was in a great area, the hotel itself was very clean, the staff was awesome. Parking was very good. There is a level 2 EV charger station on site which was ok, or fast charger that is walkable. Hotel had a great bar with a happy hour.

We had a family emergency and came from out of town. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had to extend our stay and they made it happen even though they had only 1 room left! We’ve stayed here in the past and it’s our favorite in the area. Dog friendly too!
