Charming house in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful medieval village of St Saturnin les Apt, within walking distance, the bastidon d'Antonin is located in a quiet environment with parking, garden, private swimming pool (7 x 3.5m) and a charming shed for a Provençal holiday with family or friends. Ideally located you can visit the most beautiful villages of the region and easily access local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants).<br>Designed to accommodate 6 people, the property consists on the ground floor of a large entrance leading to an air-conditioned living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen opening onto the veranda.<br> Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 double bed with independent entrance, a second air-conditioned bedroom also with a 140x200 double bed, a third mezzanine bedroom (partially open) with double bed 140x200 and an extra bed and air conditioning, a bathroom, a shower room and separate toilets.<br>A laundry room is also available with access to an outdoor drying rack. <br>Outside you can enjoy a large fenced garden and its private swimming pool, a large terrace overlooking the veranda, a dining area shaded by a large cedar tree and a petanque court.<br>The shed on the edge of the pool area is used as a pool house. It is equipped with a covered terrace with plancha, a toilet, a water point and a freezer. (Also an extra bed is available as it has a sofa bed 140x200)<br>Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. <br>Babies are welcome as the accommodation has a high chair and a travel cot available on request.<br>For a pleasant stay the bastidon is also equipped with board games, bowls, deckchairs and pool buoys.<br>Stay connected during your stay with free wifi access.<br>The land allows for parking several vehicles.
