The grounds are fully fenced, and the Mas is in absolute peace and quiet. It comprises six bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a sitting room and an office/games area. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are on the first floor and all open onto a terrace with garden furniture. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom with toilet. Following the photos of the house, we have provided plans of the house to enable you to visualize its layout. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large travertine deck, with sun loungers arranged around it, heated by a heat pump, and shaded by parasols or the natural shade of pine trees if required. The house has a north-facing terrace and a large south-facing terrace, both of which are equipped with breakfast furniture. From the large terrace, you can enjoy the view over Bonnieux and Lacoste and the sunset, as well as the lovely view from the pool deck. A car port next to the house allows you to park your car away from the sun. The house is 5 minutes from Roussillon, 5 minutes from Apt, 10 minutes from Bonnieux, 15 minutes from Gordes and Menerbes. From the house, you can take the GR6, which will take you either to Roussillon (approx. 4km trail) or to Gargas (approx. 1.5km trail). Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Freunden mit Hund und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Badezimmer modern und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Auch der Außenbereich ist toll, mit sehr vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Bereichen, so dass man sich in einer großen Gruppe auch mal zurückziehen kann. Alles in allem ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße, hinter dem Haus beginnt der Wald, es ist also dementspechend ruhig. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war auch sehr gut. Sie waren bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Und die Beschreibungen (Lage, Ankunft, Abreise) war ebenfalls sehr detailliert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aufgrund der besonderen Lage natürlich nicht um die Ecke Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist ca. 8 Minuten (mit dem Auto) entfernt. Es gibt im Ort Gargas aber ein paar kleinere Geschäfte, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da wir mit Auto angereist sind.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, man hat rundherum viele Möglichkeiten, die hübschen Dörfer zu besichtigen und im Luberon zu wandern.Wir waren nie länger als eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto unterwegs. Stayed 13 nights in Oct 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Bernadette A. 29 Aug 2024 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Maison beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations La maison serait très agréable si les points suivants pouvaient être améliorés: - que le tapis de sécurité de la piscine ainsi que l'alarme fonctionnent réellement.(comme annoncé sur Abritel) -que la piscine soit véritablement chauffée et n'ait pas de fuite car nous avons dû rajouter de l'eau quotidiennement, à la demande de la propriétaire, et dès lors au fil des jours la température de l'eau de la piscine était de plus en plus froide: elle est passée de 26° à 23° -La lunette des toilettes d'une chambre était brinquebalante…. -De la chambre à l'arrière venait des odeurs nauséabondes... -le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas de samedi à mercredi.La vaisselle dans les armoires était sale….bref 4 jours de vaisselle à la main pour 13 personnes….Le mercredi nous avons eu un nouveau lave-vaisselle. OUF -Beaucoup de toiles d'araignée dans la maison -Nous avons loué pour 2 semaines et après une semaine, nous n'avons obtenu que 3h de ménage. C'est bien insuffisant…car le linge de lit n'a pas été changé ni les serviettes. Nous avons dû faire cela nous-même alors qu'il n'y a même pas de sèche-linge….Normalement ce service est prévu après une semaine de séjour. -Trop petit frigo pour une maison qui peut recevoir tant de monde.
