"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. "A very pleasant, modern hotel well situated about half way between the Cathedral and the Old Town. Also right next to tram stop from where you can get trams to Tours Centre railway station. Very helpful staff (they had to fix our sink at one point and this was done very quickly). Breakfast could be a little chaotic with items running out and very few staff about."
