Very nice hotel. Way better than what a US customer thinks of a Best Western. Central location and nice facilities (free parking was very convenient - right up front)

A very grand building in the centre of Loches. I have never failed to get a parking space in the public car park (free) opposite. Lovely staff, beautifully clean, big comfortable bed, huge shower, 3 minutes walk to the beautiful old town and it's shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautifully restored hotel. Was the palace of justice. Great view of a lovely historic city. Rooms lovely with good decor and fittings. Although a good choice at breakfast , very slow to replenish and clear. Free parking right in front of hotel. Some staff seemed a little under trained.

Rather grand hotel, right in the centre of Loches, which is a beautiful town. Free parking directly outside the hotel. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops within 5 minutes' walk. Excellent stop-over but leave time to explore Loches itself.

This is a top class hotel. It is situated right in the centre of a lovely Loire town with ample free parking. We had a superior room, which was very good value and extremely spacious. We especially appreciated the large bath, a rarity in French hotels.

Lovely stay

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and a convenient location. The staff were particularly helpful and the bar and restaurant were lovely. Some elements of the room were a little dated but overall a really lovely stay.

Hotel was in a beautiful building. Staff were professional, attentive and organised. We ate in the hotel and had a lovely set dinner choice with a perfect wine recommended. Breakfast was not great, especially for €19 per person, but that was ok in the overall stay. We’d happily stay there again and would recommend.

Beautiful place to stay with outside terrace and bar. The spa was lovely, although the pool a little cold The bar and terrace was closed the second night we were there for a private function, disappointed we wouldn’t use it and no other provision was made for residents to have a drink. There is a large restaurant area and some of this could have been used.
