Good choice for exploring the Loire valley, chateaux, town and cities. Loches is a vibrant town with lots of shops and bars. There is a train station right by the residence if you need to get around and don't have a car.

Great location. All city shops, restaurants and historical sites easily within walking distance. The pool and sunbeds were particularly welcome in the late afternoons on the hot days we stayed there. Fan provided in the room was a bonus (temperatures were exceptionally high).

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat.

I rate this property 5-stars primarily because of its outstanding location in Loches. Also, the front desk staff communicated very well in advance of our arrival. Other pluses include the kitchen and living areas. For these reasons, I think the proper is most ideal for young families. As an older couple I would give it four stars for the following reasons. The property is laid out in such a way where the distance from your vehicle to your room is likely to be long and likely to involves one or more flights of stairs. The actual sleeping room with our double bed was so small, there was barely enough room to get around the bed. When we arrived, we had to make our own bed and put in the trash liners. Not a welcome task after driving seven hours. It was clear from the lack of amenities that the host is trying to save money wherever they can. That is fine in some ways, but others were negative. My suggestion is to charge a little more for the room and deliver a five star stay.

The property is well positioned in the centre of town but the noise level from traffic is high as well as music from the bar opposite. The car parking is good but the doors out of the property are heavy to open . Reception facilities are limited and closed for a few hours during the day and for a whole day when we were there. We were booked for six days and the rooms are not serviced and when we asked for fresh towels a firm No was the reply with a come T that they were not a hotel. The room facilities otherwise were good and clean. We had a good holiday in Loches but would pick another place to stay.

Bien pour les familles, et bravo pour la piscîne chauffée au printemps ! Excellente situation en pleine ville. Bémol sur la petite taille de la piscine, peiu profonde. Et un détaill, la salle de bain est vieillotte, avec un mitigeur qu passe trop vite de glacé à brûlant et vice-versa.

Résidence propre. Personnel sympathique. La piscine est un plus que nous avons bien apprécié. Proche du centre ville. Je recommande cet établissement. Il est situé à 35 minutes du zoo de Beauval. Le prix est correct (cela dépend peut être des périodes). La literie confortable. Et prestation dans la chambre bien.

L’accueil est très bien. L’appartement est très cosy , très agréable, calme et belle vue. Le balcon permet d’être dehors tout en étant à l’abris ce qui est fort agréable. La literie est confortable. La localisation est très bien située. On peut tout faire à pied. Le parking est très appréciable
