Then told that we had the wrong room and that we were not booked in despite having paid up front so had to be moved to another room. Eventually they found the booking - hotels.com site is a waste of time as I have never been able to log in and they did not send the confirmation to the property. Small area to eat breakfast with total confusion as only space for about 12 people and 16 were staying...
