Jolie maison, propre, claire et récente. Les pièces sont bien agencées et peuvent facilement accueillir 6 personnes. Le terrain est clos (chien accepté), et les espaces bien pensés. Sous les arbres, ou en terrasse, ou les pieds dans le sable. Le centre de St Palais est accessible en 10 minutes à pied en traversant un parc arboré.
