Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

Mi estancia en el Hotel Plaza Futuroscope dejó mucho que desear. Al llegar, me asignaron una habitación equivocada y, para mi sorpresa, cuando entré estaba ocupada por otra persona. Una situación muy incómoda y preocupante en cuanto a la seguridad y la gestión del hotel. Después me dieron otra habitación, pero al día siguiente ni siquiera hicieron la cama, algo básico que uno espera en cualquier alojamiento, y más aún en un hotel de esta categoría. En general, una experiencia muy poco profesional. La falta de organización fue evidente y el servicio no estuvo a la altura. No lo recomendaría y no volvería a hospedarme allí.

Un petit air de Vegas dans la vienne. Chambre handicapée et salle de bain d’hôpital. Matelas et drap douteux … Seul point positif le Check ing fait par un professionnel. Le Check out inefficace, la personne voulant facture un petit dej non pris et des taxes de séjour déjà réglé la veille. Je ne recommande pas. Sauf à être trop fatigué pour conduire ce qui était mon cas.

Séjour très agréable on a pu profiter de la piscine intérieure. Le personnel accueillant, disponible, souriant. Le restaurant de qualité, le petit déjeuner choix et fraîcheur étaient au rendez-vous. La suite familiale spacieuse et très bien agencée.

Heureusement que la literie était confortable, pour le reste… taches suspectes sur le dessus de lit bleu, l’alarme incendie qui sonne à 00:40, pas d’explications du personnel, petit déjeuné pas folichon pour un 4 étoiles.

Nous étions dans la chambre 341. Petits bémols sur les joints de la baignoire un peu jaunâtres, sur le support du pommeau de douche cassé ainsi que des dépôts noirs dans l’eau chaude de la machine à café de la chambre. Chambre pas très bien isolée au niveau du bruit provenant de la rue. À part ces légers détails, hôtel très accueillant, personnels très aimables et professionnels.
