Access to the town center of Vaux in less than 10 minutes walk across the beautiful city park with its ancient trees, we meet a lovely Romanesque church before arriving at the central square where a market was in stands daily. On the other side of the park, there is a tennis club in 10 minutes on foot. Ocean side, you can reach in 20 minutes on foot family beach and still quite wild Nauzan across the residential area of ??bernezac ending with street Crickets, country road with little traffic. The house is on the ground floor, practical and functional with a large living room of 40 m2.The interior of the house was completely renovated in summer 2009 in a gentle and relaxed holiday home decoration. The house is very nice including 2 large terraces, one at the front and one at the rear of 70 m2 completely private under a wooden pergola including an outdoor lounge in braided resin.
