It's great for small kids in particular, as you have a private yard with a playground and sand pit. "Plenty of room for 6 people - 2 couples and 2 singles. The remodeled house is part of a much larger estate, a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip. We were all very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay. If you plan to stay here follow the owners directions carefully - gps routing will not work well since the side road it is on is not on the map."

"This was absolutely what we wanted, a nice quiet place - the garden is so big it felt like our own secluded woodland. Nice countryside nearby - try Cleres, Pavilly, and the wooded valleys locally. Rouen's a short drive, lots of other charming places only a little further away.. If you don't speak any French I expect Sandrine's enthusiasm and welcoming approach will still sail through the language barrier. Loved it."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property in an outstanding area. You do need a car to get anywhere though as the village is much further than we thought. We would highly recommend the restaurant in Val-deSaane. However, we have one major complaint. On arrival we had to pay 300 Euros for a security deposit which is not written in any paperwork - it left us very short of cash for our holiday. Can someone explain to us what would happen if we travelled cashless as a lot of people now do ?...
