Located on the ground floor of a secure residence, it is halfway between the Thermes Marins and the ramparts, facing the beach of Sillon (Street to cross).
We offer a T2 of 43m ² including:

We offer for one bedroom apartment of 43sq. m. located on the ground floor comprising:

Parking is a problem common to all agglomerations at the seaside; to make your stay even more enjoyable, we have acquired a parking space in the basement in a secure residence 150 m from the apartment (service without supplement)

Très bon emplacement et complet
Nous avons passé 5 jours dans un appartement confortable dans lequel tout est bien équipé et bien situé. L'accueil de Laurence et de Thierry était sympathique avec en cadeau une bouteille de cidre. Merci!
Nous recommandons la location de ce chouette appartement en face de la mer.

Séjour au top!!
Un séjour très agréable, un logement très propre et bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage et du centre ville. Emplacement top, les commerces sont proches et il est aisé de rejoindre intra-muros à pieds.
Et pour ceux qui voudraient profiter de la thalasso, c'est à quelques pas et le garage à proximité et le bienvenue.
Une mention spéciale à Laurence, qui s'occupe de l'appartement, pour sa serviabilité et son professionnalisme.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L'appartement est très bien placé : à quelques minutes à pied des remparts de St Malo, ou devant l'arrêt de bus qui nous y emmène en cas de fatigue.
