It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 250 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Master suite: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and dressing room. \- Separate WC First floor \- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with shower and bath \- Separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are just 250 m away. The historic centre of St Malo is easily accessible: 15 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus (bus stop 150m from the house). After the reception by Thérèse who was very kind, we had an excellent stay in Rothéneuf.Big plus is the backery at 300 m from the house, they are 6 days per week open.Apart from the shouwer in the ground floor bathroom which was broken and leaking everything was working fine in the house. The beds were perfect, relative new.For us it was the second time we stayed in Rothéneuf, (first time another house) and again we had amazing weather. Climate conditions in Saint-Malo are mild with a lot of sunny moments.The location is quiet, the elemetary school at the end of the road is not disturbing at all.
