It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom upstairs, bathroom (with shower), separate toilet. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: \- A 25 m² living room with TV and a beautiful view of the Bas Sablons harbor and St Malo Intra-Muros, a sofa bed in the living room. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... Upstairs: \- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot (on request when booking, we can install a cot for babies).
