Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with sea view, and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: Main level: \- 30 m² living room with TV and sofa bed \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Separate WC. First floor, mezzanine : \- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), which can be separated into 2 single beds (please specify when booking). \- Bathroom with Italian shower. For added comfort, the apartment also includes: a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a high chair, and a travel crib (available upon request when booking).
