Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² shared garden. The accommodation is composed as follows: \- 20 m² living room with TV and sofa bed \- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Two bedrooms: one with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200). \- Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: You can enjoy a shared garden with furniture, plancha, beach shower and a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Quartier agreable (nombreux commerces, tres proche de la plage) mais legerement loin de saint malo intra-muros (trop loin à pied pour des jeunes enfants).
