Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no elevator) through and bathed in light, it benefits from a beautiful sea view on the kitchen side, rooftop view on the other side and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made up on arrival, WIFI included. It is composed as follows: \- A beautiful, bright living room with a comfortable TV lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people), a dining area with a convivial dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. \- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker \- One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and storage space, \- One bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200), which can be joined together to form a double bed (160X200). \- Bathroom with shower and 1-basin sink, towel dryer \- Separate WC Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can use the private garage on the ground floor of the building. La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed. In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St-Patrick's, or the festive Belle Époque.
