Comprising a living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely double bedroom with parquet flooring and a separate shower room, separate WC. Other remarks : \- Bed linen and towels included \- Free Wifi available \- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation \- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes or taking out the trash. Reaktion zwischen den Zeilen: "was wollen sie denn, keine schwere Kriminalität.. interessiert nicht .." Die ganze Aktion mit Wartezeiten hat mehr als einen halben Tag gekostet . Einen der andern betroffenen Autohalter (Franzose) habe ich dann einen Tag später noch getroffen - Reaktion war ".. c'est la vrai France.". er geht gar nicht erst zur Polizei, in der Erwartung "das bringt ja eh nix.." Wenn Sie Kontakt zu Offiziellen in St. Malo haben: mit eine Grundeinstellung "lass mich in Ruhe, habe grössere Probleme.. Un peu difficile de trouver une place pour se garer près de l'appartement. Nous en avons trouver une le soir Je pense qu'en dehors des périodes chargées, il sera plus facile de trouver une place à proximité Sinon à 20 minutes à pieds des remparts de St Malo, nous avons tout fait à pieds. C'est très agréable Beaucoup de circulation dans la rue effectivement ça ne gène pas trop pour dormir, la chambre se trouvant plus côté cour. Mais on entend quand même un peu la circulation. Petite terrasse dont nous n'avons pas vraiment profité . Si le bruit de la circulation ne vous gène pas vous pouvez y rester Sinon l'appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons eu toutes les instructions de l'agence par SMS tout était clair et l'agence est à notre écoute.
