The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, single-story apartment building. It includes: - a living room with a dining area and a lounge (please note: the Wi-Fi does not work optimally) - a kitchen - a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed - a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free public parking is available on the street and in a public parking lot 100 meters away. Less than 200 meters from the beaches of Saint-Malo (Saint-Père, Bas Sablons and Solidor), this apartment located in the popular Saint-Servan district, is on the first floor of a small renovated collective. It is ideal for a couple. Bright and quiet with a lovely sea view over the Rance estuary and the Solidor Tower, it is pleasantly decorated and well laid out. You are 2 km walk from the old town of Saint-Malo (Intra-Muros), 1.2 km from the ferry pier for a trip to the Channel Islands, 2.2 kilometers from the Saint-Malo TGV station and in the immediate vicinity of the shops and the tourist district of Bas Sablons. Comfortable vacation rental near the iconic beaches of Saint-Malo
