Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150m² shared garden. The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV, \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200). \- A bathroom with shower and WC Outside: You can enjoy a shared garden with furniture, plancha, shower back from the beach and a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
