Appartement super. Propre et conforme à la description. Très bien situé à Saint Malo, entre la cité intra-muros et la cité d'Alet, accessibles à pied toutes les 2\. Seul petit bémol, galère pour se garer...surtout au mois d'Août! Mais je recommande vivement!

Superbes vacances face à la mer. Très bien situé. A proximité des lieux à visiter. Mais attention ne pas avoir peur de monter 3 étages sans ascenceur. Les petites attentions laissées dans l'appartement étaient très appréciées.

Appartement fonctionnel, joli et agréable avec vue sur la mer. Très bien situé, non loin de la cité mais tout en étant au calme. Parfait pour visiter les environs, avec un parking gratuit à proximité. Merci pour l'accueil.

#### Sympathisches Studio am STr

Die Lage ist super, am ruhigen Sandstrand gelegen und einen viertelstündigen Spaziergang weg von St.Malo Intramuros und ab dort zum langen Sandstrand am offenen Meer. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und nette kleine Bars / Restaurants am Strand. Die Wohnung ist hell und luftig und mit schöner Aussicht in beide Richtungen , zum Meer und zum Städtchen Saint Servan. Einzig die Küche fanden wir etwas knapp ausgerüstet. Aufgrund der offenen Galerie keine Trennung von Eltern- und Kinderschlafzimer möglich.
