Appartement bien en général. Bien décoré et situé. Petites critiques, points à améliorer : - un canapé plus grand serait mieux - il faudrait remédier à 2 gros problèmes : odeur importante des poubelles dans le hall d'entrée de la résidence - et odeur importante de remontée d égouts des WC dans la salle de bains. - manque un lave linge Et manque un produit de nettoyage pour la salle de bains à laisser à disposition - porte de la douche était pleine de traces à notre arrivée.

Un super appartement lumineux design et bien pensé. Idéalement placé à deux pas de la plage, de restaurants sympa et à 5-10 minutes d’intra muros. C’est le lieu idéal pour vos vacances ! La literie est très agréable. Un petit canapé supplémentaire serai un vrai plus pour se détendre après un magnifique journée à st Malo.

Plafonds très hauts. Du vrai parquet. C'est TOP !

Appartement lumineux, confortable, agréable à vivre et bien situé. Literie confortable. Des patères et barres dans la salle de bain seraient un plus. L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu faible. Concernant les odeurs dans la salle de bains nous avons remis en place le clapet à l'intérieur du siphon de la douche (retrouvé à côté de la serpillière dans le meuble !) et n'avons pas subit les mauvaises odeurs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Quelques améliorations à prévoir

La pièce de vie mériterait un meilleur mobilier pour rendre l'ensemble confortable et cosy : un bon canapé, un bon fauteuil et une tv de taille correcte en remplacement du mini écran(taille pc) Qqs dysfonctionnements signalés : huisseries des fenêtres cuisine et chambres ont été endommagées avt notre séjour Impossible d'avoir des fermetures étanches (heureusement il ne faisait pas froid)…Porte des WC ne ferme pas. Reflux nauséabond ds la douche (des pastilles Javel???) Digicode entrée invalide.

Appartement agréable, propre, récent et proche de st Malo Intra Muros. Quelques problèmes : dysfonctionnement des serrures concernant les portes des WC et S de B (impossible d’ouvrir), j’ai su par la suite qu’il fallait tirer sur la porte afin de déverrouiller la serrure, la porte des WC est restée ouvert durant notre séjour car la gâche était bloquée. Il y avait également une mauvaise évacuation des eaux dans le lavabo. Quand ces problèmes seront résolus, je recommande cet appartement.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement parfaitement localisé. 5/10 min de marche suffisent pour rejoindre St Malo Intra-muros. Les équipements sont neufs, l'appartement est lumineux, calme même par temps de grand vent. Il est possible de garer son véhicule à 100 m dans une zone gratuite (quand le parking est payant en bas de l'immeuble).

Magnifique appartement, 30 mètres plage.

Magnifique appartement à 30 mètres de la plage. 5mn à pied de l'intra muros. Seul bémol : le lit double n'est pas très large (160) et surtout très ferme et creuse sur le milieu, donc très mal au dos au bout de 5 jours ...
