Location décevante

Logement confortable et spacieux situé intra muros au 3ème étage avec un ascenseur très réduit; logement sonore (ascenseur bruyant). A noter qu' il n y a pas de stationnement dans la rue si ce n'est un arrêt minute mais en permanence occupé! (difficile de charger et décharger!...). Tous les parkings sont payants (parking gratuit le plus proche à 2kms!). Très peu commerces alimentaires!!

Appartement très bien situé intra-muros Très propre agréable et calme Complet pour la cuisine Chambre à deux lits , le matelas côté fenêtre inconfortable. Manque un rouleau de papier toilette et un sac poubelle à l’arrivée. Appartement très agréable malgré les vieux meubles Je conseillerais cette location à mes amis

Appartement bien situé mais prestations catastrophiques

Ascenseur en panne depuis plus de deux mois, et certainement pour longtemps, mais bien évidemment nous n'en avions pas été informé. En revanche nous avons payé cette prestation indiquée dans l'annonce. Appartement très froid à notre arrivée car le chauffage n'avait pas été mis... un 3 novembre ! Agence non réactive.

Un très bon séjour

L appartement est suffisament soacueuses et agréables. Les chambres sont claires et agréables. La cuisine offre tout le nécessaire. Parfais pour moi. Interhome nous a tres gentiment et professionnellement accueilli.

Oui mais .....

L’appartement est très bien situé et malgré nos craintes, nous avons à chaque fois trouvé des places facilement. Concernant l’appartement, il est plutôt bien agencé malgré une déco d’un autre temps, kitch et moche !! Le ménage, n'était pas au top évier salle, sol qui collait ... Le frigo est à jeter, peu de froid et ne congèle pas: pas de glaçons pour l’apero Le pire est en fait le bruit : incessant à partir de 6h a cause des livraisons du carrefour city. Bref Oui mais Non !!!!

Location calme en plein intramuros

On a passer une semaine agréable dans cet appartement, acsenseur pratique surtout avec deux enfants en bas ages. un bémol, le petit réfrigerateur vétuste, ne remplis plus son rôle (viande dans le compartiment congélation qu'on a du jeter). j'espere que cet equipement sera changer (cout faible).

Parfait

Séjour parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'au départ. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé, la décoration mélange l'ancien et le moderne. Situation excellente intramuros, a 3 minutes de la plage a pieds. Tout est fait pour ne pas avoir besoin de se déplacer en voiture, et côté pratique l'équipe nous a conseillé le parking Paul Féval 3,30€ par jour pour une voiture et le bus navette pour 5 personnes inclu dans le prix du parking ! Seul bémol, mais léger, pas de connexion internet et intramuros on a du mal à avoir du réseau, mais cela n'est pas indispensable puisque le but des vacances est de se déconnecter. Merci a l'équipe d'interhome Saint Malo pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. A très bientôt certainement pour un nouveau séjour dans une de vos locations

Au calme, très central et assez spacieux pour 3

Le point le plus positif est l'emplacement idéal car très central intra muros avec un appartement assez spacieux pour 3 personnes et calme, bien équipé avec une salle de douche moderne. La décoration est très quisch... mais on s'y fait.

un cadre de vacances très agréable mais un logement très mal isolé

la région est très agréable. le logement est fonctionnel mais très bruyant : absence totale d'isolation phonique (ascenseur qui fonctionne une grande partie de la nuit et livraisons des restaurants alentours dès l'aube). autre point majeur : on nous a imposé de payer les frais de nettoyage alors qu'ils n'étaient pas précisés au moment de l'enregistrement du paiement.
