Tout y est prévu pour faciliter le séjour des vacanciers. C'est aussi très propre, proche de la mer, dans un immeuble sympathique. Le seul petit bémol, mais personne n'y peut rien, c'est qu'étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, il est très sombre et que même par grand soleil, il le reste. Bien-sur, si on sort toute la journée, cela n'a pas beaucoup d'importance.
