Les chambres sont au calme. Le salon donne côté rue. Nous étions 2 adultes, 1 ado et 2 chiens. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très à l'aise. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée, le linge et d'avoir 2 jeux de clefs. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place gratuite pour se garer mais pas toujours devant l'immeuble. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour arriver sur le front de mer (super agréable que cela soit aussi près). L'appartement se situe à 10-15 min à pied de l'entrée de la vieille ville. Plusieurs commerces, restaurants à proximité à pieds. Beaucoup de lieux à visiter aux alentours de St Malo. Pour finir le contact a été très facile avec Thierry.
