This 4-person apartment is located in the Aurettes residence and is close to shops and the cable car, main shopping street 100m away, cable car 190m away  
  
On the 3rd floor with elevator, it has a SOUTH exposure and has a south-facing balcony-terrace without vis-à-vis with superb views of the mountains.  
It consists of:  
A living room with a sofa and a television  
A fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with toilet.  
A bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with trundle beds. Sofa bed in the living room if needed.  
This apartment has a ski locker on the ground floor and a private CLOSED GARAGE.  
Baby equipment available on site: Travel cot, high chair and baby dishes  
Baby equipment available in the accommodation. Pets not allowed  
  
Any malfunction in the common areas or for shared use at the residence will not give rise to any compensation.  
  
You have a free shuttle near the residence to access the cable car or the new gondola lift in the thermal baths sector, to easily access the slopes of Pla d'Adet.
