Enjoy an outdoor space with a lawn, dining table, deckchairs, and barbecue to savor the warm weather. Upstairs, discover a living room combining a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The two spacious bedrooms offer comfort and relaxation: each has a 160 cm double bed, and one of them also has a 90 cm single bed. Wine lovers, you've come to the right place! Your host, a passionate wine merchant, will introduce you to carefully selected natural wines and spirits (subject to availability, for a fee). We can organize a seminar or a "natural wine discovery" event (tasting room and large work room, piano - up to 20 people). Horses are welcome: water and paddock are available on site (extra charge). Nearby: Hiking and cycling trails and fishing spots on the Ernée River, accessible from the property via a private pontoon (fishing license required). - Laval (10km): This vibrant town offers: Château de Laval, a medieval fortress with panoramic views, the Musée d'Art Naïf, dedicated to Douanier Rousseau, the river port and its lively quays. - Saulges (20km): A fascinating prehistoric site with decorated caves.
