About this property

Spacious apartment in new residence with secure parking

  • Put your bags down in my new and fully equipped apartment. The location of the building is perfect for visiting our beautiful and lively city of Nantes and enjoying the calm at the end of the day in my apartment located on the 1st floor with lift and 8m2 terrace overlooking the garden. It is composed of a spacious living room/kitchen of 30 m2, a bedroom of 14m2 with storage cupboard and bed 160, a bathroom of 5m2 and separate toilet. At the foot of the building, the C3 bus line will transport you to the hypercenter of Nantes in 15 minutes.
    If you are more of a beach person, the access to the western ring road will allow you to reach the seaside resort of La Baule in 45 minutes.
    You can park your vehicle safely in my underground car park. If you like walking, you will find what you are looking for in the nearby parks (Parc de la Bégraisière) and beautiful walks along the nearby Val de Chézine.

    My bathroom has a bathtub and a vanity unit. You will have access to a small office area if you need to telework and a pantry with washing machine and dryer.
    The apartment is PRM (People with Reduced Mobility) standards.
