Location semaine, Maison avec jardinet, Chaucre. 4 couchages disponibles. Maison typique de pêcheurs entièrement rénovée , 38 m2, située dans le village de Chaucre à Saint George d'Oléron. La maison se compose : – D'une chambre principale avec un lit double, deux tables de nuits, un meuble de rangement, un grand miroir, des oreillers et une couette de petite épaisseur. – Un coin salle à manger équipé d'une table 6 personnes – Un coin salon doté d'un canapé-lit, une télévision, une table basse et des meubles de rangements. Accès Wi-fi disponible. – Une cuisine aménagée avec : four - plaques à induction - micro onde – cafetière - frigo et congélateurs - ainsi que tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner. – Une salle de bain avec vasques et douche à l'italienne – Des toilettes séparés Enfin pour un cadre plus chaleureux et le plaisir de s’installer en plein air, la maison est dotée d'un jardinet de 35 m2\. On peut y trouver un coin composé d'une table, agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. Sont aussi mis à disposition trois transats, un parasol et un barbecue traditionnel équipé. Un espace de stationnement est réservé devant la maison et plusieurs parkings sont accessibles autour du village.(Parking Amicale de Chaucre et parking vert juste à coté) La maison se situe à quelques pas d'une petite boulangerie épicerie .Vous trouverez Le Jardin de Josière producteur local qui vous propose ses fruits et légumes de saison. A 20 min à pied de la plage de Chaucre. Celle-ci dispose d'une partie surveillée et d'une piscine naturelle à marrée basse. On peut notamment trouver à proximité : une école de plongée nommée « Les joyeux corsaires », une école de surf, un complexe aquatique à quelques min et plusieurs petits restaurants . Les trajets et les promenades sont possibles à vélos.Le Fort-Louvois à l'entrée de l'Ile est accessible à pied à marée basse. Vous pouvez faire une croisière en bateau pour une balade vers l'ile d'Aix et le Fort Boyard. Vous pourrez aussi aller visiter le phare de Chassiron qui se trouve à 17 min en voiture. Plusieurs marchés sont ouverts tous les jours de la semaine autour du village, comme à Cheray et à Domino tous les matins de l'année. Cela sentait très fort le renfermé (moisi) Nous avons dû aérer longuement. Tout était bien mais je trouve que le prix était trop élevé par rapport aux prestations. Il faut amener ses draps, ses serviettes et faire le ménage. Hormis la boulangerie il n'y a rien dans les environs tous proches. Vacances paisibles dans ce petit village, à l'écart des touristes, juste à côté de la boulangerie et d'une ferme en bio où les légumes sont excellents ( melon juste dingue, sucré à souhait, excellent ) Apéros sur les transats au soleil, baignades à la Brée et balades dans l'île sans oublier un passage obligé chez Thomas, resto "la moule à facettes" où les huîtres sont " naturelles ( "diploïdes " ) Donc pas trafiquées : " triploïdes". ##### Véronique D.
