Apartment T2 -Résidence le Tropique - direct access to the beach + swimming pool

  • Come and enjoy our beautiful region by having this adorable little studio as a pied-à-terre. In a quiet residence on the lagoon, the apartment is located on the ground floor, it offers a pretty tiled terrace to enjoy the sea air sheltered from the sun and allows you direct access to the beach. If the water seems too salty you can enjoy the swimming pool of the residence (9am-6:30pm). It has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: bedroom (bed 140), a bathroom (shower), a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, mini dishwasher). Possibility to put a cot. Possibility to provide towels and sheets at an additional cost.
    A parking space is reserved for you in the residence.

    You will be able to enjoy in peace the hikes, beaches, and visits to the land that make Saint Cyprien a good place to live.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Le logement est bien situé, propre et fonctionnel pour les vacances. Hôte très aimable et a disposition si le moindre soucis. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Emplacement idéal , pas besoin de voiture , la petite terrasse est très agréable… seul bémols la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur les parties communes donc impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir … de plus la lumière du palier donne directement sur la fenêtre de la chambre … le volet ne suffit pas … sinon le reste est très bien

Agréable séjour, l'appartement est proche de la plage. Très bon accueil et bonne communication de la part de Marie-Christine, appartement propre.Dommage pas de clim, présence d'un ventilateur mais pas suffisant, il faisait trop chaud durant la nuit
