This seaside rental is located on the first floor and features a living room with a sofa and television, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and television, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. A glass-enclosed loggia is furnished with a table and chairs.  
  
The advantages of this seaside rental include: a washing machine, television, a loggia with garden furniture, parking, and proximity to the town center and the beach.  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.  
  
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be reserved by contacting the agency 10 days prior to your arrival.
