Open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven/microwave combo, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.
Terrace with stunning sea views (table and chairs available)
There is also a private numbered parking space and a secure, private 4m2 storeroom (ideal for storing bicycles or beach equipment).
Pets welcome.
