We booked and paid for a room with a mountain view but when we arrived we were given a room with NO window, which was damp and smelly. When we complained to the manager he said it was not his problem and refused to move us. He was rude and dismissive. Because it was so late we had no choice but to stay. We even found a cockroach in the room. The bed was hard and there was no breakfast provided. There were two cats tied up in the lobby which cried most of the night. On the positive side there was hot water.
