The staff were extremely helpful and the family room that sleeps 4 was perfect for us. The location is out of the hustle but still convenient to get everywhere easily. Breakfast was simple but yummy! I recommend to stay 2 or 3 nights at least in Sapa. They claimed the bedding is same but room layout is so different. They allowed us to cancel but it was so last minute where do we find a replacement so suddenly. The sudden change in hotel is not our fault and we have to bear the inconvenience yet they only offer a substandard room replacement. I have stayed here before hence I rebooked. But the weather was cold and misty throughout and in fact no view at all! A large hotel is being built just in front of the Elegance which sabotages its advantages. Indeed, post-Covid, Sapa as a whole is pretty depressed not the fun it used to be. But staff helpful and friendly as before.
