It is a 2 star hotel that has seen better days. However, and to fair, the rate we paid per night was quite low, so you get what you pay for. Staff were helpful and quick to respond. The heater in the room worked and there was plenty of hot water. First time in all our years of travelling that we checked in to a hotel, then promptly sought out another one and forfeited our paid booking to check-in elsewhere. Our room looked nothing like the glossy photos. It was unclean and several walls and places on the ceiling were covered in mould.
