"Staff were very helpful, we had an incident with my lipstick on our bedroom carpet, the staff were amazing at sorting this out - unfortunately the carpet was probably the thing which let this stay down, as it was a bit worse for wear. However, the rest of the room and hotel was very nice. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice of both cold and hot food. "

Staff on the whole were amazing - the service was a bit intermittent at times, but it was a busy weekend for them so totally understand how difficult it is to get the resource right. We will definitely be back to stay again."

Walls are a little thin, especially when there are little kids running around above, but that's hotels in general for you, earplugs are always on hand. Food was lovely, and plenty of gluten free options, even pie which is a very rare find. Not had time to try the spa. I'd stay again if I was in the area. "
