"I booked a standard duplex and did not know that this means the view is down the busy main road in Sea Point so cannot open the sliding doors or windows due to noise. The duplex was on the 4th floor. I then realised as a Gold member I could have been offered a free upgrade. "Great location we could walk to long street that had all the bars and restaurants. Also the rooftop bars were close and walking distance as well. There are a lot of homeless people around. But I found that’s in every downtown area and was in the same in Johannesburg. They do not bother you and at no time did we feel unsafe. We had a full kitchen with dishes.
