The hotel was nice, as was the food, the room was clean but the bed was really uncomfortable and needs replacing.

Nice hotel in the center of town. Rotterdam isn't a touristic city, so most people will be here for business, like I was. The rooms are large enough, very clear, the fittings and everything is new or very recent. The staff is lovely, a big thank you to Vera at the reception for such a friendly and personal support. She'd leave her place to get us a taxi for the workshop anytime we asked. If in town, this will be a good place to go to for a conveniently located clean and quiet room in the center of town.

Extremely poorly managed I stayed here for four nights with my family We good our room cleaned only twice in four days and that was after I called few times and complained I asked couple of times for the manager on duty but surprisingly there was no manager working in the evening shift Is it really a five star hotel?

I chose this hotel for the proximity to the Rotterdam marathon. The expo was only 0.4km away as was the start of the race. The finish was outside the hotel. Usual Hilton service was unmatched. Only warning is the bath tub is tiny and has a very high edge to climb. Post marathon not fun at all. Breakfast was superb especially on race day as they started early.
