Upon arrival, a Chinese lady at Reception checked us in. She was hostile. Anyway, we were given key to Room 4, which was noisy as it is near the main road. The room was clean and quite spacious. Housekeeping cleans room on daily basis. We checked in and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and it was clean. Cooking facilities were adequate and the utensils were clean. Every day after we left the room was cleaned - bed made, dishes cleaned and towels replaced. The overall experience was amazing and can not fault it. Room was nice and cosy with a private hot tub, very clean and tidy. Motel is close to a lot of amenities. Not told that we had to climb steep stairs to reach room, so unsuitable for elderly and infirm. Also difficult to get into spa pool/shower unit, needed flexibility and agility, not common in elderly..
