The staff greeted me with kindness and were very helpful. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. I will definitely return, next time I stay in Rotorua. It’s a very convenient place to stay. Plenty of parking, opposite the Gardens and a one block walk from the main street.

Staff was very helpful at checkin and with activity recommendations, including ones that offered a discount for hotel guests. Room was very dated. Water temp for showers would switch hot to cold without warning. Minimal kitchen dishes and utensils to use during stay. Minimal parking at hotel but public parking on street outside. Staff warned us not to leave any valuables in the car due to break ins which was a bit disturbing.
