Friendly & helpful staff. Usual problem with this hotel ( stayed last year also) is not enough staff. Rooms clean though small & basic. Front desk staff & restaurant/ bar staff hard working and welcoming. Restaurant food really excellent - wexstayed 4 nights & had dinner there rwice. Room service very disappointing- checked in on Friday & I had to call with reception to get basics replenished on Sunday - towels, loo roll, tea & milk...
