The staff at the hotel was wonderful offering suggestions of what I should see and do. The room was spacious and the bath tub was spectacular! The breakfast every morning was delicious and the restaurant’s dinner menu was wonderful.

Nice lake nearby with walks around it. Room spacious and good internet. Can be noisy if on the road side. Air conditioning very loud and useless. Room was very hot in the summer. Good blackout curtains. Good breakfast. Only facilities nearby is a McDonalds. Lots of parking and Tesla charging points.

Don't stay here, the rooms are filthy, Mac the operations manager is rude and unhelpful. Forfeited the cost of the stay there which was for 3 rooms, have pictures to prove how filthy they are

Interior and bathroom outdated and needs remodelling. Not worth the price. The food at the restaurant was a big disappointment.

Small rooms and basic facility. Staff are friendly and try to be accommodating. Room was cleaned but floor was left dirty most of the time. The location is not really ideal as it's completely out of town and not close to anything at all.

Comfortable and convenient
The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Decor is somewhat dated and dark. Good wifi included. Service in the restaurant for dinner was very slow but meals were good and well priced. Location was convenient for travelling onwards by car. Free parking included.

Over-priced underwhelming breakfast
Despite being located in an industrial area close to the highway, it's quiet inside.. apart from sounds carrying over from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast is definitely not worth the 16 eur price - 5 euros would be more like it.

A pleasant stay
Room smelt strange (not pleasant) when walking in, but after an hour either I got used to it or the smell disappeared after wedging open the window. Some of the lights in the room did not work. The bathroom definitely needed some TLC and maintenance. Tea, coffee supplies in the room NOT refreshed daily. WiFi great throughout the hotel, inside & outside Got charged 5€/night for parking (it is in the small print on hotels.com). This was not expected added expense. Apart from that, nice quiet location, no real noise from the motorway, even with the window open. Good service, but the food was a little pricey, but a McDonalds is only 200m away. Excellent location if you have to travel North, South, East or West to continue your journey. Really good selection of fine beers, although a little pricey.

On the whole, very good. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, very good restaurant and excellent staff. Loads of parking available.The only thing that let it down for me was that the bathroom I had was a bit worn. the toilet had water stains, the sink was slow to drain and the plastic screen on the door was warped, small things but a little disappointing when compared to the rest of the hotel.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a good spot for travelers to Den Bosch and who pass by. Nice staff, good dinner. Make sure you have a room at the back because the highway can be noisy.

Do Not Stay in This Hotel!
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with only a McDonald's close by for any kind of diversion. If it wasn't required for business, I would not stay in this hotel. Having stayed here two or three times, I will now never stay there again. Each time I have stayed there, the staff have displayed a cursory understanding of customer service. My bill at checkout has always been incorrect. My last stay included being given a room which was already occupied. The WiFi at the hotel did not work in the room and barely worked in the lobby. Hotel reception staff did not care that the WiFi did not work and would not allow me to complain directly to the manager who remained sat behind his desk all day. This '4-star' hotel has 70s decor, rooms with poor lighting, only 3 free sachets of coffee for a 5 day stay and is loud due to being next to a motorway and of poor construction (I could hear my next door neighbour in the toilet). Do not stay in this hotel!

It should have been made clear that the hotel location was ideal for people travelling by car but most certainly not for anyone else. The rest of us had to take taxis for coming and going to the hotel. Moreover the fact that we had to pay "tourist tax" when we left should also have been stated up front. It is the first time I have ever come across such a request and none of my friends have heard of it either.

Awful reception girls first day.
Rude. Better persons during the week. Nondescript meals. Better breakfast, just minimalist. Where did they get their stars? 26 euros taxis from railway station. 18 x 2 = 36 euros for getting to Den Bosch center and back. I will not recommend it to SAP attendants unless they have a car. And if they have, choose another one.

Staff just ok. Did not extend themselves. Medicore at best. Wanted us to purchase a buffet breakfast & told us at check in that we could not order off the menu? When in fact we could. Dinner first night would not let us have tap water had to purchase bottled. Food good although the second night there was a hair in my salad & they offered complimentary bottled water. Most restaurants would have comp'ed the salad. Very disappointed that there was not a fitness facility. Used the walking path that was at back of property, although would have been better if there was access from the hotel. Would not stay again as it is far too remote & prefer more hospitable staff.
