Great one night stop off, welcoming staff who spoke great English, all very helpful. Loved the spa facilities, though their opening hours were pretty limited.
Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The pool and spa are really special. As with many pools in France you need flip-flops and swimming hats, which can be bought in the shop for a few euros or bring your own. (Baggy swimming shorts are not allowed).
We had a great stay. The spa exceeded expectations with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly & helpful. The bedroom was comfortable with stunning sea views. The bathroom was dated and the shower wasn’t great but aside from that we had no issues.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
we have been staying here for 15 years as such a lovely location . The staff in the past havent been great but on this occasion they were outstanding !from check in to housekeeping and pool attendants they were all superb ! the only negative is that for some reason now the walls are paper thin and we didnt sleep for the 3nights we were there because of people talking and moving furniture in the adjacent rooms and above us :-(
The main reason we booked the hotel was because it had a swimming pool.
Unfortunately on the occasions we went to the pool, the pool for proper swimming was blocked off for private classes. This left up to 20 people crowded into the "fun pool" which meant we couldn't actually swim in it without knocking into other people. It's totally wrong of the hotel to stop people using facilities they have paid for so that the hotel can make extra money for private classes.
The other big issue is that we paid for a posher room with a balcony only to find it was on the ground floor next to a path that all the staff used to come back and forth and hang around vaping on their breaks which meant we had no privacy. The view to the left was of the seaside which was nice but to the right was of the back entrance to the hotel and fire escape with paint peeling off. Why have the more expensive rooms here?
The staff were friendly and helpful overall and the restaurant food was good for breakfast as well as the evening meal we had. The room was fairly clean and the location was excellent.
Despite an initial hiccup with our room allocation due to incorrect information on the listing, Expedia stepped in and we were moved to the room that we believed we had booked - a fabulous sea view suite. We were allowed early access to the room and had a fantastic couple of nights' stay. The spa facilities were exceptional.. Breakfast was average. We struggled to navigate the dinner menu as our French didn't stretch to the intricacies of a nouvelle cuisine menu but we managed!! We were a little surprised that the bar closed at 8.30pm and the spa at 6.30pm. Don't forget flip flops & swim hats and if you're male speedos!
The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed and good shower. We swam from the beach next to the hotel which was wonderful and ordered breakfast in our room which was nice. A small thing I thought I'd already payed for the dogs to stay as I noted it on Expedia I didn't expect to be hit by another €60 when checking out which was a bit annoying.
Stayed for one night in very comfortable room (great shower!) and enjoyed a truly delightful meal in the hotel's restaurant. Excellent communication and service from all the staff we met. A very pleasant short stay.
They charged me twice. I paid when I booked via Expedia and the hotel just charged me again. I'll now need to pursue a refund on the duplicate charge. A frustrating occurence which should never have happened in the first place.
Very friendly and welcoming as soon as you arrive. Our room was excellent and the staff I encountered were wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Roscoff. It’s a thumbs up from me.
