Our Ferry was cancelled on the Thursday and relocated to the Friday i sent a message through expedia chat line to inform the hotel
when we arrived in the evening they did not know anything about our late arrival and obviously had rebooked our studio apartment to another customer
after some conversation between the receptionists we are given a key to a 2 bedroom apartment up the road which we tried to find in the dark in the rain
we went back to the reception as we couldn't find the building and the receptionist reluctantly walked us along the road half way to show us the sign !
when we got into the apartment we couldn't switch on the lights as we had not had the card system explained to us and we had to knock on another door to ask for help
when you stay in these apartments you are not entitled to a robe for the swimming pool so you feel embarrassed ! when we wanted a taxi to get back to the ferry port the receptionist said there wasn't any available !
