He arrived to the hostel very late (around midnight) and there was nobody at the reception and the door was closed. There was a tel number written on the door so my friend called. Nobody answered. After around 20min somebody showed up and opened... I have booked this place because of 24h reception (was written on the hostel website) and is a walking distance from Termini station (very convenient). Good WiFi. Close to Rome Termini, bares, and restaurants. Its an old building with big rooms, but the beds need to be better. I did not like the smell of the rooms. The host is ok.
