The property is located in the Esquilino district, one of the city’s most central and lively areas, just a short walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini Station.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
NOTE: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Aeroporto station to the Roma Termini stop, which is a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can take the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini Station, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
- From Roma Termini Station, you can easily walk to the apartment in about 7 minutes.
- If you’re travelling by car, you can park on the street for a fee near the property. Alternatively, you can park (for a fee) at Park Giolitti, located at Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 5-minute walk from the apartment; it is open 24 hours a day.
7 days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
