A charming and spacious apartment located on the second floor (of six in total) of a building equipped with an elevator (NOT wheelchair accessible). There are steps at the entrance.

With 80 square meters of space, it can accommodate 4 people with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.



Located halfway between Villa Pamphili and the Vatican—both of which are less than a 20-minute walk away—and well-connected to other parts of the city thanks to the Baldo degli Ubaldi metro station, just a 13-minute walk away.



The interior layout is as follows:



KITCHEN. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses. Access to the balcony.

LIVING ROOM. Sofa, dining area, and TV. Access to the balcony.

BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, dresser, and closet. Split AC unit.

BEDROOM 2. Two single beds (0.90x1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, dresser, and closet. Split AC unit. Access to the balcony.

BATHROOM 1. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink; hair dryer.

BATHROOM 2. Shower stall, toilet, bidet showerhead, and sink; hair dryer.

STUDIO. Desk and armchair.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of problems, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



- From Rome Termini Station, the accommodation can be reached by taking Metro Line A to the Baldo Degli Ubaldi stop, which is a 13-minute walk from the apartment (1 km).



- From Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino Airport, the apartment can be reached by train to Termini Station and then by Metro Line A to the Baldo Degli Ubaldi stop, a 13-minute walk from the apartment (1 km).



If you’re traveling by car, you may be able to find free street parking (NOT guaranteed) or use one of the nearby paid parking lots:
